Job Description

People Business Partner influencing organisational design and people matters at Paymentology in a global, remote environment. Partnering with leaders across multiple jurisdictions for effective performance management and workforce planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insight on organisational structure and team effectiveness
  • Independently manage or advise on mid-to-high complexity employee relations matters
  • Lead or co-lead workforce planning activities, analysts on capability needs
  • Improve and standardise onboarding, performance, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for capability frameworks and policy harmonisation

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in People Business Partnering or advanced HR advisory roles
  • Strong judgement and credibility when influencing senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving complex problems
  • Deep expertise in organisational design, restructures, performance management, and multi-jurisdiction employee relations
  • Analytical mindset, combining qualitative insight and workforce data
