Job Description
People Lead overseeing and mentoring SAP consulting teams at Westernacher in India. Fostering innovation and resource management in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor team utilization, ensuring fair workload distribution and optimal resource planning.
- Lead team meetings and complete required administrative tasks (e.g. reports, annual reviews).
- Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices, promoting innovation and growth within the team.
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Set development targets, provide regular feedback, and conduct annual performance reviews to ensure team growth.
Requirements:
- Require more than 10years of experience in People Lead role in SAP Consulting.
- He / She will be responsible for developing strategy, managing large teams, and delivering excellence
- Maintain an accurate database of employee skills, certifications, and project experience.
- Monitor and analyze resource utilization (billable hours) to avoid over- or under-utilization, and forecast future demand to prevent capacity bottlenecks.
- Build and manage high-performing teams, mentor consultants, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Support employee growth by aligning project assignments with career aspirations and fostering skill development.
- Ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members, ensuring both individual and team success.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex, large-scale SAP projects from start to finish.
- Solution-oriented and positive hands-on mentality.
- Readiness to travel if the role requires it.
