Job Description
People Operations Manager responsible for core HR operations at an AI healthcare platform. Ensuring compliance and efficiency as the company scales through accurate People processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute core People operations including onboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and off-boarding
- Design and maintain compliant operational processes that scale
- Operationalize People programs such as performance reviews and compensation planning
- Maintain high-quality People data and systems for reporting and audits
- Build and maintain clear workflows, documentation, and controls to reduce operational risk
- Identify gaps or risks in People operations and partner with leadership to address them
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Programs, or Talent Operations
- Experience executing People programs and workflows with accuracy
- Strong operational judgment and ownership of workflows
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and onboarding tools
- Detail-oriented and high bar for data integrity and compliance
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
- Experience managing payroll, job changes, onboarding, and offboarding
- Comfortable improving or redesigning systems as needed
