Job Description

People Operations Manager responsible for core HR operations at an AI healthcare platform. Ensuring compliance and efficiency as the company scales through accurate People processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute core People operations including onboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and off-boarding
  • Design and maintain compliant operational processes that scale
  • Operationalize People programs such as performance reviews and compensation planning
  • Maintain high-quality People data and systems for reporting and audits
  • Build and maintain clear workflows, documentation, and controls to reduce operational risk
  • Identify gaps or risks in People operations and partner with leadership to address them

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Programs, or Talent Operations
  • Experience executing People programs and workflows with accuracy
  • Strong operational judgment and ownership of workflows
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and onboarding tools
  • Detail-oriented and high bar for data integrity and compliance
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
  • Experience managing payroll, job changes, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Comfortable improving or redesigning systems as needed
