Job Description
People Operations Specialist improving operational efficiency and employee onboarding at Matter Labs. Fostering HR initiatives in a remote-first environment for a global team.
Responsibilities:
- Increase proactivity, speed, and quality across People Operations
- Act as the first point of contact for People-related topics across the company
- Co-Own People Operations issues end-to-end
- Maintain HiBob as a clean, accurate source of truth
- Own and coordinate the employee onboarding experience
- Support and co-maintain Leapsome
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the People Team
- Analyze People data and surface actionable insights
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant HR / People experience, including 3+ years in a start up / tech organisation
- Experience supporting a 100+ remote-first, global, multicultural team
- Hands-on experience with HiBob (or comparable HRIS)
- Leapsome or similar performance management tools
- Strong operational judgment and critical thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace)
- Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into People solutions
- Comfortable with on-chain basics (wallets, transactions, tokens)
