Job Description
Manage performance execution workflows and check-ins for HR at Muvr, an AI-powered logistics platform. Focus on coaching and documentation to enhance performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own the operating system for performance execution at Muvr: expectations, check-ins, documentation hygiene, coaching workflows, and escalation support.
- Build and run monthly check-in workflows (templates, cadence, compliance tracking)
- Manage new-hire 30-60-90 day performance check-ins and documentation
- Draft and maintain role scorecards and performance expectations by role
- Partner with leaders to structure coaching plans and measurable improvement targets
- Own PIP process execution: timelines, documentation, manager guidance, follow-ups
- Maintain a performance documentation library: templates, rubrics, guides
- Track performance cycle completion and escalate overdue items by manager and department
- Support performance-related investigations prep by ensuring records are complete and factual
Requirements:
- 2+ years in HR, People Ops, performance management, or HRBP support
- Strong documentation discipline and comfort with direct, clear language
- Practical knowledge of coaching plans and PIP mechanics
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and sound judgment under pressure
- Strong coordination skills across multiple managers and deadlines
