Job Description
People Planning Manager orchestrating sustainable workforce strategies in a fintech. Responsible for aligning business strategy and workforce planning in Colombia.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the sustainable development of the People function
- Deliver a dynamic, scenario-based headcount plan
- Establish a robust project management framework
- Lead the execution of compensation benchmarking and structure projects
- Launch an Executive People Dashboard
- Standardize the end-to-end headcount approval and requisition workflow
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Strategic Workforce & Financial Planning
- Skill in identifying financial trade-offs between hiring, outsourcing, and automation
- Capacity to maintain a "rolling" workforce plan
- Experienced in using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban, or Gantt)
- Strong focus on accountability
- Skill in managing cross-functional dependencies
- Expertise in transforming raw people data into compelling visual narratives
- Ability to challenge senior leadership's hiring requests with data-backed logic
- Track record of designing and implementing salary scales and incentive structures
- Proven ability to audit and reconcile data across multiple platforms
- Advanced mastery of Excel and Google Sheets
- Functional knowledge of integrating HRIS and ATS data into Business Intelligence tools
