Job Description
People Technology Specialist overseeing HRIS platforms at RS Group. Ensuring system functionality and user support while fostering data-driven improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve system queries and provide guidance and documentation
- Triage and resolve issues, manage vendor tickets, and drive root-cause fixes
- Support cyclical HR processes and monitor system health
- Test, validate, and support low- to medium-risk system changes
- Communicate updates, maintain documentation, and work with stakeholders
Requirements:
- HR or ERP systems expert with hands-on admin experience
- Sharp problem-solver who cuts through complexity
- User-obsessed, always pushing for a great experience
- Data-smart and confident in finding insights from data
- Strong collaborator who influences across teams
- Comfortable challenging thinking for better solutions
- Natural relationship-builder with solid stakeholder skills
