Job Description
Desenvolvedor PeopleSoft atuando em projetos de folha de pagamento com foco em inovação e eficiência. Trabalhando em colaboração com áreas de RH e Financeiro para garantir conformidade e precisão nos cálculos.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a PeopleSoft Developer on payroll projects
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform analysis and adjustments of complex payroll calculations
- Propose improvements to existing processes and systems
- Ensure deliverables meet statutory deadlines
- Maintain ethics and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in payroll processing using Oracle PeopleSoft
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation (CLT), payroll charges, and eSocial
- Configuration and parameterization of the payroll module in PeopleSoft
- Integration with accounting and financial systems
- Analysis and verification of complex calculations (vacation, terminations/severance, benefits)
- Working knowledge of SQL for queries and adjustments
- Experience with internal audits and banking compliance
- Familiarity with information security processes in the financial sector
