Job Description
Performance Marketing Manager focusing on SEA for Ecommerce at SEADSTER, supporting leading B2B companies with profitable Google Ads to sustainably scale revenue.
Responsibilities:
- You are the main point of contact for all matters related to your own account portfolio.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
- Create regular performance reports for clients.
- Develop campaign structures and launch ad campaigns.
- Analyze Google Ads campaigns to strategically advance the project.
- Scale ad accounts to four- and five-figure daily budgets, and up to six-figure daily budgets on Black Friday.
Requirements:
- Passion for marketing, media, and communication.
- A degree and/or vocational training in a related field is a plus but not required.
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Ads for B2C/D2C.
- Analytical, methodical and structured thinking; strong organizational skills; result- and solution-orientation; excellent teamwork skills combined with a confident manner and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow established processes.
- Ambitious personality with a drive to improve performance.
- Strong affinity for numbers and technical understanding.
- Comfortable working under pressure.
