Job Description
Performance Strategist leading paid media for e-commerce brands at Everything Bagel Partners. Managing acquisition strategies and client relationships with a focus on data-driven insights in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a client-facing performance lead
- Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
- Proactively surface risks and opportunities
- Create and present performance reports to Brand stakeholders
- Own acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Manage multi-channel paid media budgets for $5M+ e-commerce brands and lead gen businesses.
- Lead a team of paid specialists across Meta, Tiktok, and Google Ads
- Own LTV:CAC, MER, ROAS performance narratives
- Collaborate on forecasting and budget planning
- Own new customer / lead growth, delivering client expectations
Requirements:
- 4+ years in paid media / performance marketing
- Prior client-facing experience
- Experience with e-commerce and CPG brands ($1M+ revenue)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
