Job Description
PPC Ads Manager overseeing paid acquisition across various platforms for a US-based home services company. Responsible for performance analysis and campaign optimizations.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Display & Retargeting
- Manage paid marketing budgets with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
- Analyze performance daily and make fast, data-driven optimizations
- Balance supply and demand across multiple business units using paid channels
- Maintain structured plans by service, region, channel, spend, and revenue
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports (Analytics, Power BI)
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager, marketing leads, and business units
- Research market trends, demand signals, and optimization opportunities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Bing Ads
- Metrics-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
- Organized, proactive, and accountable
- Experience with lead generation for service-based businesses is a plus.
