Job Description

PPC Ads Manager optimizing paid acquisition across multiple platforms for a US-based home services company. Managing budgets, analyzing performance, and collaborating with marketing leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Display & Retargeting
  • Manage paid marketing budgets with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Analyze performance daily and make fast, data-driven optimizations
  • Balance supply and demand across multiple business units using paid channels
  • Maintain structured plans by service, region, channel, spend, and revenue
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports (Analytics, Power BI)
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager, marketing leads, and business units
  • Research market trends, demand signals, and optimization opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Bing Ads
  • Metrics-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
  • Organized, proactive, and accountable
  • Experience with lead generation for service-based businesses is a plus
