Job Description
Pre-Sales Consultant in ITK responsible for supporting partners with UCC solutions. Engaging in product sales and project management for Alcatel-Lucent and Mitel in a large enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for pre-sales and active sales of telephony solutions in the area of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) as well as Mitel/Unify.
- Support for customer projects in system business.
- Active product sales and pre-sales for enterprise solutions.
- Business development with the focus vendors.
- Competent point of contact for system integrators and channel partners.
- Management of project inquiries in the area of PBX systems.
- Monitoring of key accounts and deriving appropriate measures.
- Close collaboration with the sales team and internal sales departments.
- Continuous expansion of product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in pre-sales, solution engineering or technical sales in the ICT sector, ideally in the large-enterprise environment.
- Solid solution and product knowledge in the UCC area, particularly for solutions from Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Mitel/Unify.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into suitable solutions.
- Strong communication skills (in German and English).
- Interest in new technologies in the telephony/PBX area and willingness to regularly acquire new product knowledge.
