Job Description
Sales Consultant responsible for client relations and new customer acquisition in Bremen. Drive partnerships, implement sales strategy, and develop concepts for client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new customers in the region
- Build networks and advance partnerships
- Implement the sales strategy and maintain market awareness
- Identify and develop potential opportunities and actively advance the sales area
- Provide professional advisory services as part of sales activities
- Develop concepts for customer outreach and maintain an on-site presence
- Prepare and present customer-specific proposals and close contracts
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience and demonstrable success in sales
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Good CRM skills; experience in the housing/property management sector is an advantage
- Self-organization is a key part of your daily approach
- Willingness to travel within your region — a company car is provided, including private use
