Job Description
Vertriebler*in im Bereich nachhaltige Gebäude bei Techem, betreut Kunden und gewinnt Neukunden für NRW. Entwickelt Vertriebsstrategien und stellt die Kundenzufriedenheit sicher mit einem Engagement für die Energiewende.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing clients and acquire new customers across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)
- Drive the development of partnerships
- Implement the sales strategy
- Identify and exploit growth opportunities
- Develop customer outreach concepts and present tailored solutions
- Secure contract agreements and continually deepen customer relationships (B2B)
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience with demonstrable success in sales
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or equivalent qualification
- Good CRM skills; experience in the housing sector (residential property management) is a plus
- Strong self-organization is an essential part of your daily work approach
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Confidently engage with decision-makers and associations in the housing and energy sectors
