Job Description
Presales Solution Manager guiding enterprise customers through technical evaluations of Dragonboat’s product portfolio platform. Mapping workflows, configuring solutions, and delivering tailored demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of the solution selection process, including operating model discovery, solutioning, customer demos, technical evaluations, workshops, POCs, and technical validation
- Uncover and map customer product operating models, planning cadences, workflows, governance structures, and data hierarchies
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations connecting strategic goals to daily platform workflows
- Configure accounts, data mapping, integrations, and custom use cases during evaluations
- Own technical solution responses for RFIs and RFPs
- Master Dragonboat capabilities, evolving product operations practices, and AI-enabled workflows
- Serve as the strategic and technical bridge between sales, product, and customer teams
- Guide prospective customers through solution discovery, technical evaluation, and selection of Dragonboat Product Portfolio OS
Requirements:
- 5+ years working as a Product Manager, Product Ops, PMO, strategy, or transformation leader in technology organizations
- 2+ years in client-facing roles (e.g., presales, consulting, account management, or professional services)
- Deep understanding of strategic planning, portfolio management, roadmap planning, quarterly planning, prioritization, and product delivery workflows
- Hands-on experience mapping, structuring, and configuring data models
- Experience translating complex enterprise workflows and data hierarchies into clear, scalable platform schemas
- Fluent in Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Linear, and Smartsheet
- Proven ability to configure automated workflows and system integrations
- Ability to lead discussions with C-suite executives, technical admins, and cross-functional teams
- Applied learning in AI and agentic tools
- Ability to design internal and customer-facing workflows
- Previous experience as a Dragonboat admin or power user is preferred
- Ability to understand overarching business strategy and execute technical setups and data integrations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently
- Understanding of how massive, complex organizations operate
- Must work in the continental United States
