Job Description

Principal Business Development role guiding high-ticket B2B deals in Germany's digital market. Intensive collaboration with C-level executives in various sectors, ensuring robust strategic acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • High-ticket closing: You are responsible for the entire sales cycle for deals ranging from €100,000 up to seven-figure annual revenues.
  • C-level communication: You negotiate confidently with CEOs, CMOs and Heads of Digital, particularly in e‑commerce, finance, telecommunications and energy providers.
  • Strategic acquisition: You leverage our excellent data assets and brand recognition to target outbound opportunities and convert inbound leads.
  • Full-cycle management: From initial qualification through the strategic pitch to final contract negotiation and closing — everything is in your hands.
  • Brand ambassador: You represent LEAP/ at top events, conferences and trade shows in the digital industry.

Requirements:

  • Track record: You have at least 5 years of new-business sales experience and a demonstrable track record of closing high-ticket deals.
  • Industry know-how: You bring deep understanding of online marketing, SEO and conversion optimization.
  • Hunter mindset: You have a strong closing orientation and particular strength in outbound sales.
  • Personality: You thrive in an agile, fast-paced, primarily remote working environment.
  • Language skills: You speak fluent German and English.
