Job Description
Product Manager managing the lifecycle and innovation of digital healthcare solutions at Cleveland Clinic. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align products with strategic goals and deliver value.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle, governance, and innovation of digital solutions across service lines
- Ensure products align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value
- Own the Luminai platform and translate the strategic roadmap into actionable plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and engineering teams
- Develop clear and actionable product roadmaps
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycles and ensure product quality
- Assess and refine products based on feedback and performance metrics
- Champion transformative digital solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Four additional years of functionally related technical experience may offset the degree requirement
- Three years of experience as a Team Lead or Manager in an IT or technology-focused environment
- Proven track record of leading digital product transformations and driving measurable impact
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical fields
- ITIL Foundations certification is required within six months of position start date
