Job Description
Product Manager focusing on user experience design for Codekeeper's software escrow solutions. Translating customer needs into engaging interfaces in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Translating customer needs into intuitive user experiences
- Ensuring design decisions align with broader product goals
- Working at the intersection of design, product management, and user research
- Bridging the gap between business requirements and seamless digital experiences
- Owning the design process from concept to execution
- Making use of the ShadCN design library to put the design elements together
- Collaborating with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to conduct research, design, and prototype new user experiences
- Developing user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and flows
- Creating visual assets and documenting design guidelines for implementation
Requirements:
- Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field.
- A strategic approach to design—thinking beyond aesthetics to consider usability, accessibility, and business impact.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient copywriting skills in English.
- Dedication, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor.
- Analysis of user journeys.
- Working with design systems and symbol libraries.
- Access to a Mac with Figma (or preference for this design tool).
