Job Description
Product Partnerships Manager driving organizational growth by building partnerships and analyzing market trends. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives and ensure execution.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth, collaborating with partners to create tailored solutions that address both of our unique needs
- Conduct regular meetings with partners to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and identify additional opportunities for collaboration and growth
- Evaluate potential alliances, develop collaborative strategies for mutual success, and act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Analyze market trends, partnership performance, and key metrics to provide actionable insights that drive optimization and innovation in business strategies
- Work with sales and platform teams to create new ecosystem solutions tailored to the client and their different customer segments across multiple geographies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, clients, and internal teams, ensuring alignment of their goals with the organization’s objectives
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, partnership management, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using tools like MS Excel, CRM systems, or data visualization platforms is a plus
- Someone who will not be limited by the roles and responsibilities defined in their job description
- Someone who has the mindset of a business owner
