Job Description
Especialista de Produtos Fiscal evoluindo o portfólio de soluções fiscais da NDD, plataforma de gestão e automação. Conectando dados fiscais e financeiros para gerar valor aos clientes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the business and product reference within the organization, developing deep knowledge of products, customers, processes and the market
- Contribute to building and evolving the product value proposition
- Influence and mobilize people and teams to drive significant product developments
- Identify and drive opportunities for portfolio growth and evolution
- Analyze customers, market, competitors, trends, data and regulatory changes
- Turn insights into concrete initiatives to improve products, launch new offerings, expand usage, enable cross-selling and integrate solutions
- Monitor product lifecycle, assessing performance, adoption, value generation and opportunities for improvement, evolution or repositioning
- Define and track product health and success metrics
- Translate data into insights and recommendations for decision-making
- Support the development of business cases by evaluating market opportunity, customer impact, revenue potential, costs, risks and expected returns
- Contribute to prioritization decisions and roadmap development
- Explore connections between tax products and financial solutions, contributing to new journeys, services and business models
- Participate in strategic discussions with clients, partners and internal teams
- Structure and disseminate product and business knowledge
Requirements:
- Relevant experience with technology products, preferably in B2B environments and mission-critical solutions
- Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into product opportunities
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to build arguments and support decisions
- Strong communication and influencing skills, building effective relationships across functions and levels
- Proactive, ownership-driven profile, able to identify what needs to happen and mobilize the necessary people
- Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences
- Systems thinking, connecting product, technology, operations, customer experience and financial outcomes
- Ability to build knowledge and share it, acting as a reference and multiplier within the organization
- Preferred: knowledge of the electronic tax document market, tax compliance or tax technology
- Preferred: experience with financial products or services, especially payments, receivables, collections, reconciliation or financial infrastructure
- Preferred: experience building products that connect data, transactional processes and financial services
- Preferred: experience in technology companies with B2B products and integration across multiple systems
