Job Description

Program Manager overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered with strategic impact at software company. Leading initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment for a resilient application.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they are successfully delivered with strong results and strategic impact.
  • Planning, coordinating, researching, organizing, and driving cross-functional initiatives that support broader business goals.
  • Monitoring progress and actively engaging in every stage of the program lifecycle—from initial planning through execution and continuous improvement.
  • Leading the charge from inception to completion, breathing life into project ideas with visionary planning and strategic execution.
  • Monitoring project progress, setting ambitious yet attainable deadlines, and ensuring projects stay on track and exceed expectations.
  • Acting as the pivotal bridge between teams and department heads, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
  • Embracing challenges with a problem-solving mindset and navigating through obstacles with agility.
  • Delivering projects that not only meet the brief but also set new standards of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in utilizing contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, Google Docs, etc.
  • Prior experience in project management, or in product management with an emphasis on problem-solving.
  • A proactive doer who's eager to actively participate and tackle challenges head-on.
  • Proficiency in English, covering both written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking.
  • A preference for pragmatism over idealism.
  • Ability to adapt, to manage various tasks and able to prioritize
