Job Description

Project Manager overseeing project timelines and managing resources at Prospekt, a culture marketing agency. Driving execution of creative projects and ensuring deliverables meet high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, track, and enforce project timelines across digital, design, production and other workflows.
  • Run daily/weekly stand-ups and status meetings to ensure all creative and production teams know exactly what their priorities are for the day/week.
  • Manage ticketing and project management software (e.g., Notion, Asana, ClickUp) to keep all deliverables meticulously organized.
  • Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Route incoming client requests and allocate tasks to the appropriate team members based on capacity and skill set.
  • Flag resource shortages to the production team before they impact client deadlines.
  • Drive the rapid execution of sports and lifestyle campaigns, managing the quick turnarounds required for cultural moments, live-event reactions, etc.
  • Implement agile workflows to handle rapid client feedback loops without derailing the broader agency schedule.
  • Ensure that fast-paced deliverables maintain the agency’s high standard of craft.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Route internal work for creative review, ensuring the design and strategy teams sign off before client presentation.
  • Work closely with the production team to seamlessly hand off digital and static assets into the post-production pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of project management experience, and familiarity with North America and/or Europe activations.
  • Brand marketing agency and/or experiential agency experience is required.
  • A strong track record of managing high-volume deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Experience working on fast-paced accounts (sports, entertainment, or lifestyle) is a strong bonus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
