Job Description
Project Manager handling operations at fast-growing immigration law firm. Leading project coordination and collaboration with internal teams in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project plans, task trackers, and project documentation
- Track milestones and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Communicate project updates and status reports clearly to internal stakeholders
- Escalate risks or blockers to leadership when needed
- Help ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and deadlines
- Monitor operational workflows and identify delays or bottlenecks
- Maintain dashboards or trackers that provide visibility into project status
- Ensure project updates and documentation remain organized and accessible
- Assist with reporting project progress to leadership
Requirements:
- Project management certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are preferred but not required
- Experience supporting process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Technical Skills Experience with project management or task tracking tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills
- Comfortable creating trackers, reports, and project documentation
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems
