Job Description

Project Manager handling operations at fast-growing immigration law firm. Leading project coordination and collaboration with internal teams in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project plans, task trackers, and project documentation
  • Track milestones and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Communicate project updates and status reports clearly to internal stakeholders
  • Escalate risks or blockers to leadership when needed
  • Help ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and deadlines
  • Monitor operational workflows and identify delays or bottlenecks
  • Maintain dashboards or trackers that provide visibility into project status
  • Ensure project updates and documentation remain organized and accessible
  • Assist with reporting project progress to leadership

Requirements:

  • Project management certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are preferred but not required
  • Experience supporting process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Technical Skills Experience with project management or task tracking tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills
  • Comfortable creating trackers, reports, and project documentation
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems
