Job Description
Project Manager coordinating medical initial outfitting and construction projects at Holitna. Oversees project activities, customer relations, and vendor management while ensuring timely and quality execution.
Responsibilities:
- Works alongside the construction/general contractor, architectural and engineering firm, and the medical treatment facility.
- Supervises assigned project staff and directs all IO activities to meet client objectives.
- Coordinates with multiple vendors and oversees all subcontractor activities.
- Provides professional customer interface and client relations.
- Manages purchase order distribution and account for all monthly invoice requirements.
- Develops a work plan, schedule and logistics required based on the overall project parameters and scope.
- Facilitates client planning meetings and obtains necessary customer approvals.
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or related field from an accredited college/university
- 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position
- 5 years’ experience managing medical initial outfitting/construction projects
- 2 years’ experience on Federal, DoD and/or Army medical initial outfitting/construction projects
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Accomplish projects in a timely manner
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret floor plans
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented individual required to be onsite at project location.
