Job Description
Provider relations representative supporting healthcare organizations in GDIT’s World Trade Center Health Program. Managing onboarding, issue resolution, training, portal adoption, EFT, and operational reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare providers
- Conduct provider touchpoints and executive-level check-ins/QBRs as needed
- Track provider sentiment and satisfaction and drive action plans
- Document interactions, decisions, and follow-ups in CRM/case management tools
- Coordinate end-to-end provider onboarding, including welcome materials, portal registration, EFT setup, credentialing handoffs, and directory validation
- Monitor onboarding milestones, remove blockers, and communicate status and next steps
- Deliver provider training through webinars, welcome packets, and job aids
- Maintain FAQs, guides, and reference materials
- Resolve and triage escalated issues involving claims, credentialing, EFT, enrollment, and portal access
- Perform root-cause analysis and track corrective actions through closure
- Promote portal features and self-service workflows and assist with registration, user management, navigation, and troubleshooting
- Increase EFT adoption and coordinate verification and updates of banking/EFT data
- Collaborate with Provider Data, Credentialing, Contracting, Claims, Finance, Clinical Operations, Communications, and IT
- Represent provider needs in workgroups and report measurable outcomes
- Maintain dashboards and logs covering satisfaction, first-contact resolution, onboarding timeliness, case aging, portal adoption, and SLA compliance
- Analyze trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure policy, regulatory, privacy, security, and audit-ready documentation compliance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Skills in business operations, data ingestion, problem solving, and reporting management
- No certifications required
- No security clearance required
- No US citizenship requirement
- Ability to support provider onboarding, education, issue resolution, relationship management, and engagement
- Experience with CRM/case management tools
- Ability to collaborate across provider data, credentialing, contracting, claims, finance, clinical operations, communications, and IT functions
- Ability to maintain audit-ready documentation and protect provider information
- Ability to work 40 scheduled hours per week
- Travel requirement of less than 10%
