Job Description
City Manager indépendant développant le réseau de conciergerie immobilière ALB à Épinal. Gestion de biens courte durée, optimisation des revenus et animation de prestataires locaux.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the network’s local representative in your city and surrounding areas
- Develop the business in your area by onboarding new properties for management
- Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Build and manage a local network of service providers
- Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
- Build a portfolio of managed properties
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Motivation
