Job Description
Recruiter focusing on recruitment & selection projects in Brazil. Seeking autonomous professionals with flexibility and proportional gains to their performance.
Responsibilities:
- Posting job openings on platforms and social networks
- Screening and actively sourcing candidates (hunting)
- Conducting competency-based interviews
- Presenting qualified shortlists
- Supporting candidates throughout the process until hire
Requirements:
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (PJ) or willingness to operate under this model
- Access to a computer and stable internet connection
- Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection
- Comfortable with interviews, screening and active sourcing
- Good communication skills and strong organizational abilities
- Responsible, autonomous and results-oriented profile
Benefits:
- Commission: 20% of the hired candidate's salary (Payment only upon successful placement)
