Job Description
Remote Recruiter scaling Altametrics’ enterprise software and professional services teams. Managing full-cycle hiring for sales, marketing, accounting, development, and customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and conduct video interviews
- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback
- Manage the full hiring cycle using ATS and CRM
- Administer assessments
- Support the Head of Recruitment as needed
- Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and transparency
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Recruit talent for enterprise software and professional services teams, especially sales, marketing, and accounting
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industries preferred
- Proven success recruiting for sales, accounting, development, and customer-facing roles
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as Indeed
- Ability and willingness to use LinkedIn as a recruiting tool
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Must have own equipment
- Must include a link to a 2–3 minute introduction video
- Experience using ATS and CRM for recruitment
- Familiarity with Monitask time tracker
- Ability to work night shift on Pacific Standard Time
- Must be available for 40 hours per week
Benefits:
- Permanent remote work
- $5.00-$8.00 USD base pay per hour
- Paid bi-weekly via Payoneer/PayPal
- 40 hours per week
- Weekends off
- Night shift aligned with Pacific Standard Time
