Job Description
Remote Recruitment Specialist sourcing and coordinating talent for Tidal Vision, which develops sustainable biopolymer solutions. Partnering with hiring managers across the U.S. and supporting onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Support the People and Talent team with recruitment initiatives and sourcing high-caliber talent
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Conduct intake calls and create requisitions
- Post requisitions and manage application flow
- Source candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Schedule HR screens, technical interviews, and panel interviews
- Maintain an organized hiring process and positive candidate experience
- Understand business-unit hiring needs and team dynamics
- Stay updated on best hiring practices
- Support onboarding tasks to ensure new-hire readiness and success
- Travel to various locations as needed, up to 20%
- Operate within Tidal Vision's mission-driven culture
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting with sourcing experience
- 3+ years of experience using an applicant tracking system
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Understanding of state compliance requirements for hiring throughout the US
- Ability to conduct debriefs
- Organized and able to handle multiple requisitions, candidates, and scheduling requirements
- Effective communication with internal and external partners
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel as needed (20%)
- Experience with state hiring laws
- Criminal background check required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Experience with BambooHR (preferred)
- Experience in agriculture, water treatment, or science-based recruitment (preferred)
- Experience conducting new hire orientations or willingness to learn (preferred)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Lite, HireEZ, SeekOut, or related tools (preferred)
