Job Description
Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring for Zocks, an AI assistant helping financial advisors automate operations and grow their businesses. Owning sourcing, interviews, ATS workflows, and offers.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across the company, covering all levels and functions
- Screen inbound applicants and provide hiring managers with effective shortlists
- Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and candidate communications
- Keep the ATS clean and current
- Partner with hiring managers to unblock searches and calibrate hiring criteria
- Ensure every candidate feels prioritized while managing multiple searches
- Post roles, screen applicants, manage interview scheduling, and guide candidates through signed offers
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a range of levels and functions
- Organizational instincts for juggling multiple searches
- Strong communication and follow-through
- ATS fluency and comfort with structured interview processes
- Process-builder's mindset
- Sense of urgency paired with a calm, unflappable demeanor
- Comfortable moving fast on volume and slowing down for nuance
- Must reside in one of the eligible states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI
- Background and reference checks required as part of onboarding
