Job Description
Senior Sourcer building outbound pipelines for Zocks, an AI assistant helping financial advisors automate operations. Engaging passive candidates and partnering with hiring managers on search strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound sourcing for roles where the pipeline is thin or inbound alone isn't sufficient
- Hunt passive candidates using Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels
- Run high-volume, genuinely personalized outreach campaigns and persist through long sourcing cycles
- Conduct conversations with candidates to sort signal from noise before handing off to the hiring manager
- Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership on search strategy and outbound prioritization
- Serve as the first impression of Zocks for candidates unfamiliar with the company
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally from an agency, retained search firm, or an in-house team built around outbound
- Real fluency in Boolean/X-ray search and other passive-sourcing techniques
- Track record of engaging and actually converting candidates who weren't looking
- Scrappiness and resourcefulness in identifying candidates and sourcing channels
- Comfort with a high volume of no's and silence
- Adaptability to shift strategy mid-search
- Strong written communication
- Full ownership mentality; ability to run a search end-to-end
- Must reside in one of the eligible states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI
- Background and reference checks required as part of onboarding
