Job Description
Freelance Talent Sourcer sourcing tech, biotech, and scale-up candidates for Affinity’s RPO activity. Building AI-powered, no-code recruitment workflows and delivering clean shortlists.
Responsibilities:
- Support the growing RPO activity for demanding tech, biotech, and scale-up clients
- Structure complex searches
- Move quickly and deliver clean candidate shortlists
- Build search strategies from sometimes imperfect briefs
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and automated tools
- Write complex Boolean strings
- Identify hidden or non-obvious job titles
- Analyze candidate profiles quickly
- Conduct personalized outreach and follow-ups
- Handle 3–4 roles in parallel across tech, biotech, and corporate positions
- Perform light pre-qualification
- Contribute to building Affinity’s internal operating system and structured sourcing function
- Work without client-facing responsibilities
Requirements:
- Any tech hacker is welcome
- Curiosity about the business/corporate world in general
- Ability to find A-players in fields you don't know
- Ability to find creative shortcuts to target the few and cover the full market
- Passion for no-code and AI tools
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
- Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and automated tools
- Ability to build search strategies from imperfect briefs
- Ability to write complex Boolean strings
- Ability to identify hidden or non-obvious job titles
- Ability to quickly analyze candidate profiles
- Ability to conduct personalized outreach and follow-ups
- Light pre-qualification is a big plus
