Job Description

Recruitment Associate supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for the AU market. Involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating activities to build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Support proactive candidate sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek Talent, and internal databases.
  • Conduct headhunting activities, including outreach to passive candidates and initial engagement calls within the AU market.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future job opportunities.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across job boards and social platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and senior recruiters or clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment systems and databases.
  • Assist in compliance and onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to recruitment consultants.

Requirements:

  • Is purpose-driven, with a genuine desire to help people and create positive outcomes in their careers.
  • Has clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates effectively, particularly within the AU market.
  • Shows resilience and perseverance, able to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
  • Has 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related role (agency experience is an advantage).
  • Has exposure to or interest in supporting recruitment for the AU market.
  • Is comfortable using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Experience using Loxo or similar recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Can manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
  • Is proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to step outside their comfort zone.
