Job Description

Recruitment Lead responsible for designing recruitment infrastructure and managing candidate experience at Rwazi, a global remote company. Focus on scalable systems and hiring metrics optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the hiring pipeline system
  • Design scalable candidate evaluation systems
  • Build multi-channel sourcing systems
  • Maintain high-quality candidate communication cadence
  • Standardize structured interviews and scoring rubrics
  • Continuously optimize recruiting efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building and running scalable recruiting infrastructure
  • Knowledge in candidate sourcing, evaluation, and offer conversion techniques
  • Ability to maintain strong communication with candidates
  • Experience with structured interviews and skill-based assessments
  • Analytical skills to track funnel conversion rates and optimize recruiting efficiency
  • Strong understanding of hiring metrics and recruitment trends
