Job Description

Regional Account Manager managing distributor networks in the MEP space. Driving end-user demand and market share growth in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a designated in-region distributer network within the MEP space.
  • Foster and maintain relationships internally to support distribution partners while driving end-users demand.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective end-users and prioritize key users in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing industry.
  • Partner and support other regional roles in planning and executing sales processes and growth.
  • Launch new products within the region and keep relevant parties updated.
  • Keep management and marketing updated on competitor trends and changes.
  • Drive market share growth and increase top-line sales in the assigned market.
  • Prepare and execute key product demonstrations for end-users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies
  • Proven track record delivering results preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Valid Driver's License and physical ability to travel up to 50% within territory assignment
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
