Job Description
Regional Account Manager focusing on customer relationships in North East Netherlands. Managing accounts and identifying new business opportunities in trade and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across trade, hardware, automotive and industrial sectors
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities within your region
- Manage and grow existing accounts through structured planning and regular engagement
- Deliver compelling, solution-led sales conversations that drive value for customers
- Plan and manage your territory effectively, including customer visits and route planning
- Use CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to track activity, insights and opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain and wider commercial teams
- Represent WD-40 Company as a trusted partner and brand ambassador in your region
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, account management or a commercial customer-facing role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially curious with a proactive mindset
- Self-motivated and organised
- Experience within DIY, hardware, automotive, industrial or FMCG sectors is an advantage
- Fluent Dutch and English
