Job Description
Regional Director leading direct sales and managing channel partners in global anesthesia solutions. Focused on growth, performance improvement, and stakeholder engagement in healthcare markets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by leading direct sales efforts and managing channel partners
- Ensure accurate forecasting and oversee contract updates
- Equip partners with resources and support to accelerate performance
- Identify high-value direct opportunities
- Engage diverse clinical and executive stakeholders
- Manage full sales cycle and collaborate cross-functionally
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, International Business or related field
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally into global markets; UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand preferred
- Proven success in quota-carrying roles with complex sales cycles
- Proven track record of growing revenue through channel partners
- Exposure to selling or supporting technical products
- Experience managing executive-level physician, IT and administrator relationships and navigating complex global procurement processes
- 35% Travel
- Technical certifications (e.g., Salesforce, AWS, Health IT) are a plus
- Sales methodology certifications (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN) are advantageous
- Business analytics or data literacy training is a strong differentiator
