Job Description
Regional Sales Manager driving Kwik Lok closure-equipment sales across the Southwestern US. Managing accounts, developing new business, forecasting revenue, and negotiating customer contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth within the assigned Southwestern United States territory
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Assess market trends, customer needs, and competition to adjust strategies
- Manage existing accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support Kwik Lok production activities through sales of Kwik Lok closures
- Identify prospective customers and markets and develop a sales pipeline
- Generate leads, conduct market research, initiate contact, present solutions, and negotiate contracts
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Communicate the value proposition of Kwik Lok’s company, commercial, and potential solutions
- Partner with Revenue Operations Lead on monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
- Report progress toward sales goals and monitor KPIs, taking corrective action as needed
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Conduct market analysis and use data to refine sales strategies
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and customer contracts
- Use CRM tools for opportunity and quote management
- Submit regular sales reports covering sales activity, revenue, and pipeline updates to the CRO through CRM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Proven track record of successful B2B manufacturing sales experience selling capital equipment, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% within the designated region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry and market trends within the region
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools
- Valid passport and driver’s license required
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate to drive results
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functional lines
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Must be available and responsive during scheduled work hours
- Physical workspace suitable for telework and successful completion of telework environment safety assessments
- Must use video during virtual meetings
- Ability to occasionally bend, squat, reach, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs.
