Job Description
Regional Sales Manager growing iNRCORE’s electronic-component revenue across the Midwest. Managing key accounts, full-cycle sales, technical consultations, and regional market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage key customer relationships within an assigned geographic region
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, automotive, telecommunications, and consumer electronics sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and quoting to closing and post-sale support
- Provide technical consultation to customers in collaboration with engineering teams
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in alignment with company guidelines
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams on technically sound and commercially viable solutions
- Coordinate quotes, product specifications, order status, timely delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction
- Review sales metrics and pipeline activity
- Communicate with customers and prospects via calls or meetings
- Develop new business opportunities, prepare proposals, update CRM systems, and travel to customer sites or industry events as needed
- Report directly to the Director of Sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years of sales experience in the electronic components or manufacturing industry
- Strong technical understanding of electronic components, including semiconductors, connectors, and passive components
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 50–70%, by car or air
- Ability to attend trade shows and customer site visits, potentially standing for extended periods
- Ability to carry marketing materials, product samples, or presentation equipment, typically up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work prolonged periods sitting, working on a computer, and participating in virtual or in-person meetings
