Job Description

Relationship Manager growing large credit union client portfolios for Fiserv, a global fintech and payments leader. Driving retention, renewals, expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across assigned credit union client organizations.
  • Assess client business objectives, operational priorities, and growth opportunities to position Fiserv solutions.
  • Build and maintain annual account plans with measurable actions for client success.
  • Partner with business unit and corporate leaders to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and advance strategic client initiatives.
  • Drive retention and growth by supporting service agreement renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing formal proposals for additional products and services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, communicate insights to internal partners, and recommend actions to improve client experience and business outcomes.
  • Promote participation in Fiserv conferences, user groups, and other engagement opportunities that strengthen client partnerships and product adoption.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development within the banking, credit union, or financial services industry.
  • 5+ years of experience working with large, complex financial institutions and aligning solutions to business, operational, and strategic objectives.
  • 5+ years of experience developing account plans, managing renewals, and driving revenue growth through consultative client engagement.
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships, create formal client proposals, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
  • Direct experience supporting credit unions or knowledge of credit union operations, priorities, and regulatory considerations.
  • Knowledge of Fiserv systems, products, or client delivery models.
  • Familiarity with financial data processing systems and host-based computer systems.
  • Additional specialized training in banking, credit unions, or financial services.
  • Frequent travel up to 50%.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
