Job Description
Russian Interpretation Agent providing live translation and customer support for a global brand. Remote role requiring fluent Russian and advanced English proficiency, based in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Receive specialist training on the product and services
- Support communication as the middle point between parties
- Deal with queries
- Provide live translation
- Maintain a high level of quality in customer interactions
- Represent a global brand
- Work in multicultural experiences in Lisbon
Requirements:
- Fluent Russian
- Advanced (C1/C2) English proficiency
- Tech-curious and eager to stay on top of the latest innovations
- Customer-oriented; prior experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Empathetic by nature, with a genuine passion for helping others
