Job Description
SailPoint IIQ Business Analyst working in Identity & Access Management at Capgemini Engineering. Engage in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination across projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering and workshops
- Create clear and detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document)
- End-to-end stakeholder coordination with Business, IAM, and Technical teams
- Facilitate discussions for requirement clarification and scope alignment
- Support UAT, issue tracking, and functional validation
Requirements:
- 6 to 11 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Strong functional expertise in SailPoint IIQ
- Deep understanding of connectors and integrations
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)
- Experience in conducting requirement gathering workshops and user discussions
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
