Job Description
Sales Account Manager for Valatam connecting bilingual professionals from LATAM with global clients. Managing the sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure while ensuring project quality.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the sales cycle from inquiry through proposal and deal closure.
- Develop client proposals and budgets for event production projects.
- Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process.
- Ensure high project quality through clear coordination and communication.
- Support sales development activities and opportunity management.
- Research existing clients to identify potential new opportunities.
- Draft outreach communications and follow-up emails.
- Manage and maintain the company newsletter and LinkedIn presence.
- Track leads and opportunities within Salesforce.
- Support workflow improvements and automation across systems.
Requirements:
- Schedule & Preferred Time Zone: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- Confident and proactive partnership mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and drive initiatives forward.
- Positive and collaborative attitude, with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly and conversationally with clients and team members.
- Tools Required: Salesforce (MUST), Google Drive, Slack, and automation or AI tools used to connect systems and streamline workflows.
Benefits:
- Hourly rate starting at USD $6/hr (approx USD $1044/month).
