Job Description

Sales Account Manager at Taylor Corporation developing key relationships to drive sales growth. Focus on Fortune 1000 accounts and utilizing sales expertise to overcome objections in various environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships to increase sales within Fortune 1000-type accounts
  • Plan sales programs by identifying consumer buying behavior and influences
  • Identify new accounts or prospecting when possible
  • Train resources and assist with negotiations
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and present updates on products
  • Cross-selling initiatives and selling alongside Sales Representatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in following an opportunity through closing
  • Strong comfort level on the phone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
  • Networking, cold calling, group/individual presentations, and contract negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop effective relationships internally and externally
  • Positive attitude and customer focus
  • Experience in the print or promotional industry preferred
