Job Description
Sales Business Development role at Agilent enabling strategic pharma and biopharma opportunities. Focus on relationships and market trends within the cell analysis segment in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Drive future revenue growth identifying, shaping, and enabling strategic opportunities in pharma and biopharma
- Interface with internal teams and the field sales organization
- Leverage relationships within pharma and biopharma to support strategic prospecting
- Identify market trends and emerging opportunities
- Act as a catalyst connecting customers, sales, applications, and product teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent industry experience
- 8+ years of experience in pharma/biopharma decision-making workflows
- Experience engaging with Pharma/biopharma Directors, VPs, Heads of R&D
- Real experience in cell analysis in pharma or biopharma R&D, biologics, ADC, CGT, or GLP-1 workflows, cell-based assays tied to drug development decisions
- Strong understanding of the pharma/biopharma value chain
- Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations
