Job Description

Sales Development Representative engaging B2C creators and B2B organizations remotely. Focusing on customer outreach and relationship building in a global market.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads by providing excellent customer support and guidance.
  • Walk customers through the sales process with patience and professionalism.
  • Build relationships with both high-profile B2C clients and B2B organizations.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, sharing learnings to foster growth and performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) — must be clear, professional, and customer-oriented.
  • Proven persistence and diligence in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR/BDR experience preferred).
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and structured follow-ups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and “hand-hold” customers through the process.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly (CRM, email platforms, communication tools).
