Job Description
Sales Development Manager acquiring clients in housing sector for ecoworks. Driving sustainable enthusiasm for solutions and managing lead generation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for client acquisition within a defined regional customer base
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via email, phone, social media, and networking
- Systematically qualify leads and prioritize opportunities
- Provide product consultation and presentations to build lasting enthusiasm for ecoworks solutions
- Create initial, standardized site analyses and project estimates to assess technical feasibility
- Provide detailed profiles of project inquiries to the Pre-Construction team
- Use and maintain existing CRM tools (HubSpot)
- Develop multipliers and influencers to support decision-making
- Participate in industry-relevant trade shows and events
- Build knowledge of market trends and competitor strategies and continuously share experience with team members
Requirements:
- Vocational training or a degree related to real estate or construction
- Solid, several years of professional experience in the residential, real estate, or construction sector
- Ideally experience in a sales environment or direct customer communication
- Additional qualifications in sales, business development, or customer relationship management are an advantage
- Willingness to work cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment of networking, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Structured, independent working style and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide and ideally based in the core West region
- Native-level German language proficiency
