Job Description

Sales Development Representative supporting the growth and sustainability of SMEs through acquisition strategies. Collaborating with entrepreneurs to identify and qualify potential acquisition targets through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Source prospects: Identify and contact potential sellers through outbound phone prospecting against targeted lists.
  • Qualify and book: Run qualification conversations and schedule high-quality appointments for our entrepreneurs.
  • Track and report: Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, conversations, and appointments in our CRM.
  • Hit targets: Meet weekly call volume and appointment-setting targets, contributing to a predictable origination pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Proven SDR experience: Prior success in an outbound SDR role, ideally in a professional services or B2B context.
  • Strong phone presence: Ability to build rapport quickly, communicate a clear value proposition, and handle objections with composure.
  • Resilience: Consistent activity in the face of rejection, and the discipline to maintain output over time.
  • CRM discipline: Comfortable working systematically inside a CRM and reporting against pipeline metrics.
