Job Description

Sales Development Manager responsible for client acquisition in defined regional markets for ecoworks' sustainable renovation solutions. Focus on lead generation and customer engagement with a commitment to CO2 neutrality.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Development Manager at ecoworks, you are responsible for customer acquisition within a defined regional portfolio: proactively reaching out to potential clients via multiple channels (email, phone, social media, networking) to generate appointments
  • Systematic qualification of leads and prioritization of opportunities
  • Advising on and presenting residential and real estate products to sustainably engage customers with ecoworks solutions
  • Preparing initial, standardized property analyses and project calculations to assess technical feasibility using our specialized software
  • Providing detailed profiles of project inquiries and key insights to the Pre-Construction team to ensure smooth handovers and successful conversion
  • Using and maintaining existing CRM tools (HubSpot) to identify and document prospects
  • Developing multipliers and influencers within organizations to accelerate decision-making and align stakeholders around the benefits of serial renovation
  • Participating in industry-relevant trade shows and events; building knowledge of market trends, competitor strategies and innovations; continuously expanding product and sector expertise and sharing insights with team members for ongoing improvement and mutual support

Requirements:

  • You have vocational training or a degree related to real estate or construction — more important to us, however, is your solid, multi-year professional experience in the residential, real estate, or construction sectors
  • Ideally, you have prior experience in a sales role or in direct customer communication
  • Additional qualifications in sales, business development, or customer relationship management are an advantage
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills, enjoy networking, and have a solution-oriented mindset
  • You work in a structured, independent manner and apply your analytical skills effectively
  • You are willing to travel nationwide and are ideally based in one of our core regions: South (Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria) or West (NRW, Hesse or Rhineland-Palatinate)
  • You are fluent in German at a native level
